✰ By placing your order and Commissioning me, you fully agree to the services that are stated in this paragraph. This means you fully agree that your Commission will be Labled through your Display name or your Characters name and thus shared on my Social Media, and Archived in my Google Drive along with other Artworks. You additionally agree that you will Credit me when you post your Commission through the platform you have communicated with me. If anything stated in my TOS doesn't mutually sit with you, you may contact me or we can not work together.✰ I work with Clients and i keep my Relationship with my Clients as Formal and Discreet as it can get. Know if you see examples of a Client that is problematic, do approach me of this. I do NOT dig into my Clients.✰ I have a right to stop working with you and refund you when needed if i cannot work with you any longer. I dont usually do this, but I will not hesitate if you are a member in society that implicates themselves in horrendous activities.✰ FEED MY ART THROUGH AI AND YOU ARE BLACKLISTED. I DO NOT SUPPORT AI, AND I DO NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE WHO COME TO ME WITH AN AI IMAGE OR PROMPT. I WILL NOT BE WORKING WITH YOU WITH THESE IN MIND.Information
✰ Theres a Limit on how many changes can be done, thus if you dont like something while your work is still in the early stages of being done (Sketch, Lineart and possibly even Colored) you must state so. I will rarely fix a problem on Artwork i have fully finished. Some major changes might even be applicable for extra cost, so please, be sure you fully like what i show you throughout the Work In Progress stages and to be vocal about the things you do not like.✰ Deadline i personally give myself is 3-4 days, but Deadline/Turn Around Time is Maximum WEEK UNLESS i state otherwise. I usually notify my Clients personally OR through my Status that guarantees you to see the current Status of my TAT speed. I will IMMEDIATELY contact you if things might take longer on my end, and if its something personal, i will still clarify i am experiencing problems and make sure you can understand it might take longer than usual. TAT does not apply to Animations, please look at Animations closer for better information.✰ I work with Sensitive subjects and Explicit Subjects, i work with Nudity too. I accept forms of Artwork where it might fill in gaps, such as Fullbodies or an Artwork + images and a thorough explanation of how a part of your Character should look like.Terms Of Use
✰ Please indicate a link to any of my social networks when posting anywhere. IF you dont wish to do this, you are more than allowed to mention my username through the platform you have commissioned me through when posting your commission. This goes for Commercial and for Personal use.✰ Do not remove my signature/watermark or make any changes to my artwork.✰ Do not draw over or "fix" the artwork i have given you, please note that i can still do fix-ups MYSELF.✰ Filters are fine to apply to my artwork for you, and so are some edits, AS LONG as my Watermark is seen, and AS LONG as you give credit.✰ Don't claim authorship for yourself. This is applicable to be Blacklisted.
